Non possiamo indugiare neanche in cucina e spesso ci dobbiamo rivolgere ai surgelati, ai precotti oppure alla solita fettina in padella. Eppure basta un po' di fantasia, a volte, per mettere insieme un pranzo o una cena veloci. Montate la margarina con lo zucchero, aggiungete il cacao, la farina, il latte di soia, mescolate bene tutti gli ingredienti usando lo sbattitore elettrico a velocità media; versate in una tortiera dal cerchio smontabile (circa 22/24 cm di diametro), foderata con carta forno.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Scaldate il forno a 150°C, infornate e lasciate cuocere per circa 20 minuti.&lt;img alt=clock src="http://spaces.live.com/rte/emoticons/clock.gif"&gt;&lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Controllate la cottura punzecchiando con uno stecco di legno, quando rimane asciutto la torta è pronta, sformatele. Unite il cioccolato fuso un cucchiaio alla volta, l'altra metà dello zucchero, quindi la farina alternata al latte di soia. Mescolate bene bene e versate in una teglia imburrata e infarinata, mettete in forno a 180° per 45 min. &lt;img alt=clock src="http://spaces.live.com/rte/emoticons/clock.gif"&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sfornate, lasciate raffreddare e quindi preparate la copertura: fate sciogliere lo zucchero con un goccio d'acqua in un pentolino; togliete dal fuoco e aggiungete il cioccolato a scaglie, mescolando bene finché si scioglie, rimettete sul fuoco per qualche minuto e lasciate rapprendere un pochino finché gettandone una goccia nell'acqua fredda si formi una pallina ( non vi preoccupate se non succede non importa). Prima di ricoprire la torta, spalmate sulla sua superficie uno strato di marmellata sciolta in un pò d'acqua, aggiungete la copertura e lasciate raffreddare tenetela in frigo. &lt;img alt=coffee src="http://spaces.live.com/rte/emoticons/coffee.gif"&gt;&lt;/font&gt; Dopodiché, asciugatelo e infarinate il pesce e friggetelo nell’olio bollente, nel frattempo sbucciate le patate che avete lessato precedentemente con le bucce tagliatele a rotelle. Mettete le patate in un vassoio, disponetevi sopra il pesce già fritto e lasciate da parte. Versate l’olio in un tegame. Ci sono diverse pentole, per una buona scelta è importante conoscere le caratteristiche di base, che sono fondamentale per le funzionalità più importanti in relazione al tipo di alimento e della modalità di cottura.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Dunque attente alle forme e alle cotture.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;Forma delle pentole&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Le pentole base si suddividono in casseruole o tegami e padelle. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Le casseruole e i tegami sono pentole a bordo alto, indispensabili per bollire, cuocere a vapore, preparare minestroni, zuppe, sughi e quant'altro.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Prima dell'acquisto pensate bene a cosa vi serviranno le casseruole e a dove riporle. Questi utensili sono molto ingombranti ed è quindi importante acquistare solo quelli strettamente necessari.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Possono essere dotate di due piccoli manici o di un manico lungo, con o senza contromanico.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Potete cominciare da due casseruole in acciaio: una da 5 litri, da utilizzare tutti i giorni, l'altra più grande (7 litri) per le occasioni particolari. Poi una o due casseruole più piccole in alluminio (2 - 3 litri), con rivestimento antiaderente, con manico lungo, utili per bollire le uova, preparare ragù, risotti, scaldare piccole quantità di cibo, ecc. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Se decidete l'acquisto a breve di utensili speciali, come pentole a pressione, pentole con colapasta interno, couscoussiere, casseruole impilabili, sappiate che quest'ultime possono anche fungere da normali casseruole. Spesso queste pentole speciali sono di ottima qualità e molto costose, è quindi un peccato utilizzarle solo per lo speciale compito per il quale sono state progettate. Utilizzandole nella cucina di tutti i giorni, salverete spazio e denaro.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Caratteristiche delle casseruole &lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Il fondo dovrebbe essere spesso e solido, e deve essere molato e non stampato. Controllate che siano presenti i solchi concentrici di molatura sul fondo della pentola. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;I manici devono essere saldamente attaccati alla pentola e abbastanza grandi, per consentire una buona presa. I manici lunghi lo devono essere abbastanza da tenere la mano lontana dal calore.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;Acquistare sempre pentole con il coperchio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;, poiché arriverà sempre il momento in cui servirà: i coperchi devono incastrarsi perfettamente nel bordo della pentola, per trattenere il vapore all'interno&lt;span style="color:purple"&gt;&lt;font face=Verdana&gt;.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Le prime hanno bordi alti e servono per cuocere alimenti liquidi e/o voluminosi che non possono essere contenuti in una pentola a bordo basso. Vengono usate per mille preparazioni: cuocere la pasta, fare il brodo, preparare sughi e ragù, stufati, bollire o cuocere al vapore le verdure, ecc.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Le padelle hanno il bordo basso, più o meno verticale a seconda degli utilizzi, e servono per cuocere tutti gli alimenti che non necessitano o che sarebbero addirittura ostacolati dall'utilizzo di una casseruola: frittate, crepes, carne, ma anche sughi per la pasta, verdure saltate, o per condire la pasta con il sugo prima di servire.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;Materiale&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;I materiali più utilizzati per produrre le pentole sono l'acciaio inossidabile, l'alluminio e il rame.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;Conducibilità&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Un buon conduttore di calore si scalda e si raffredda in fretta, consentendo una maggior precisione nella cottura di alimenti che possono bruciarsi facilmente. Inoltre il calore viene distribuito in modo uniforme su tutta la superficie della pentola evitando che il cibo si bruci in alcune zone e non si cuocia in altre, a seconda della lontananza della fiamma. Un simile materiale è indicato per tutte le cotture veloci (soffritti, carni in padella, frittate, ecc.), e in tutti i casi dove la precisione è d'obbligo (per esempio, nella cottura del risotto, per non scuocerlo con il calore mantenuto dalla pentola).&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Altre preparazioni necessitano di un materiale che si scaldi lentamente e uniformemente e che mantenga a lungo il calore, come nelle zuppe e nella carne in umido, per cotture lunghe come quelle dei legumi, ecc.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Un buon materiale non deve alterare i cibi: a tal scopo, ad alcuni materiali vengono applicati rivestimenti particolari.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;Acciaio inossidabile&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;L'acciaio inossidabile (inox) è un acciaio speciale, addizionato con Nichel, Cromo e altri metalli come il Molibdeno (la sigla 18/10 sta a indicare la quantità percentuale di Cromo e Nichel).&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;PRO&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;L'acciaio inossidabile è un materiale molto durevole in quanto solido e resistente alla corrosione. È il materiale più igienico poiché si lava con facilità, per questa caratteristica viene di norma utilizzato nelle mense.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;CONTRO&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;L'acciaio è un cattivo conduttore di calore: la pentola tende a distibuire il calore in modo non uniforme. Questo problema si riduce aumentando lo spessore della pentola, ma in questo modo aumenta notevolmente il peso, l'altro problema dell'acciaio: una padella in acciaio è molto meno maneggevole di una in alluminio.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Le pentole di particolare pregio possiedono un fondo costituito da strati di acciaio e altri materiali che conducono meglio il calore, per aumentarne la conducibilità.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;L'acciaio non è perfettamente inossidabile, con il tempo può scolorire e chiazzarsi ed è bene asciugarlo sempre con cura e non lasciarlo a contatto a lungo con come succo di limone, acqua salata, aceto.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Alluminio&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;L'alluminio per alimenti deve essere puro al 99.5%.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;PRO&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;L'alluminio rappresenta il miglior compromesso tra qualità di cottura e costo. Infatti è un materiale economico e un buon conduttore di calore (purché il fondo sia abbastanza spesso).&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;CONTRO&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;L'alluminio è un materiale poco resistente: una caduta sul pavimento è in grado di ammaccarlo. Può reagire con alcuni alimenti, per cui è consigliabile acquistarlo anodizzato o rivestito di materiale antiaderente.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;L'alluminio anodizzato subisce un processo elettrochimico che aumenta la resistenza meccanica e alla corrosione.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;Rame&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;Una pentola in rame è di norma, è rivestita internamente di stagno (rame stagnato), argento o acciaio inox poiché il rame rilascia sostanze tossiche negli alimenti.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;PRO &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;È il materiale migliore poiché abbina resistenza meccanica a una ottima conduzione del calore.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;CONTRO&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;È molto costoso, e delicato. Infatti non va surriscaldato, altrimenti si rischia di danneggiare il rivestimento di stagno, che va comunque periodicamente sostituito.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;Titanio&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;Questo materiale (che in realtà è una lega di titanio) è usato solo da qualche anno nella produzione di pentole.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;color:purple;font-family:Verdana"&gt;PRO&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana"&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;È molto duro e resistente, conduce abbastanza bene il calore ed è naturalmente antiaderente.
