Dunque versate il composto direttamente sull'impasto base già nelle formine. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Infornate i vostri muffins per circa 20 minuti. Versate la farina setacciata in una insalatiera con il sale, poi aggiungete le uova battute, lo zucchero e un terzo del latte. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Mescolate con il frustino. Quando la pasta è omogenea, allungatela con il resto del latte. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Aggiungete il burro fuso e il liquore. Coprite e lasciate riposare due ore. Lavate bene le fragole e dividetele a meta, poi ordinatele su di un piatto. Soffriggete il Grand Marnier e lo zenzero in polvere, lasciate macerare trenta minuti al fresco. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;In una padella mettete il burro e quando è caldo aggiungete un mestolo di pasta liquida. Fate quattro grande crêpes e accendete il forno sul grill. Tagliate le crepes in due rimpitele di marmellata, piegatele in due e mettetele su di un piatto. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Completate con lo zucchero glassato e infornate nel forno, programmato sul grill, per due minuti. Versate le patate e fatele dorare a fuoco medio per 25 minuti. Dentro ad un'insalatiera, sbattete le uova, un pizzico di sale e aggiungetele alle patate, versate un po di parmigiano grattato. Mescolate e lasciate riposare per qualche minuto. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Versate un mestolo della miscela in una padella leggermente oliata e fate cuocere a fuoco medio per circa cinque minuti. Girate la tortilla e lasciatela cuocere altrettanto. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Fate lo stesso con il resto della miscela. &lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Le tortillas si possono gustare sia fredde che calde e possono essere servite anche tagliate a cubetti. Tutto dipende dalla qualità della patata. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In genere con le patate suggerite la buona riuscita è garantita. Tagliate delle porzioni e, aiutandovi con le mani, allungatele sulla spianatoia ottenendo dei cilindri spessi un dito da cui si possono tagliare gli gnocchi di 2 cm.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Passate gli gnocchi velocemente sui rebbi di una forchetta in modo da sagomarli ulteriormente (oppure utilizzare un rigagnocchi) e versateli su vassoi infarinati in modo da non farli appiccicare uno con l’altro.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size=3&gt;Portate a bollore abbondante acqua salata e versate gli gnocchi. I tempi di cottura sono velocissimi. Continuate la cottura aggiungendo un mestolo alla volta di brodo di pesce. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A parte, rosolate uno spicchio d'aglio e saltate alcuni polipetti interi, calamari tagliati a rondelle, striscioline di seppie e code di gamberoni, lasciando poi cuocere brevemente il tuffo a fuoco dolce. Unite, sempre mescolando, l'olio e dopo qualche secondo la meta' della farina. Amalgamate bene. A questo punto incorporate la marmellata, sempre battendo con le fruste, e subito dopo la restante farina. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Controllate la consistenza, che deve essere morbida,( ma non molla )e unite il latte se necessario. Con una forchetta fate dei movimenti circolari affinché la farina inizi ad amalgamarsi con le uova. Salate ed aggiungete dell'acqua se serve. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Quando avrete ottenuto una palla omogenea, lasciate riposare per circa 30 minuti. A parte si preparate il ripieno ottenuto con la ricotta, gli spinaci lessati e tritati finemente, il parmigiano grattugiato, la noce moscata ed il sale. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Stendete la pasta in modo da renderla sottile (circa 3 cm); con un bicchiere tagliate dei dischetti e al centro mettete un cucchiaino di impasto. Richiudete con un’altro dischetto aiutandovi con un bicchiere capovolto dalla misura che preferite, sigillate la pasta facendo pressione con una forchetta. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cuocete i ravioli in una pentola con acqua bollente e salata. Scolateli quando vengono a galla.
